What do the pupil reports we write say about our values? This session describes and reports on our first research project as part of a programme to improve teachers' understanding of educational research methods.  Here I will talk about the challenges of encouraging a diverse staff body to engage with education research, as well as the specific challenges and rewards of carrying out research in school.
