On Arrival

You must register at the conference to collect your conference and/or exhibition pass. Please show your Eventbrite confirmation email. 

International Day Arrangements:
Conference Registration on Wed 3 Jan (International Day) will take place in the Rathbone Building (Map D2 106) between 0930-1000

Main Conference Arrangements:
Conference Meet & Greet from Thu 4 - to Sat 6 Jan (Main Conference) will take place in the Chadwick Foyer (Map E6 207) from 0830.

Your Accommodation

Now that you have completed your registration, do you need to book accommodation? Venue, Accommodation and Travel information:

Venue address: University of Liverpool, Liverpool L69 7ZF, United Kingdom Download the ASE Campus Map for information on the building we're using on site.

Road: Liverpool is well-connected to the UK motorway network via the M6 and M62.  2 hours or less from Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Loughborough. Parking is available in Brownlow Street and Mount Pleasant visitor carparks, you are required to pay on exit. Find out more.

Rail: Only 2 hours 13 minutes from Central London; 3 hours from Newcastle; 2 hours 18 minutes from Leicester.
Air: Liverpool John Lennon Airport is only 9 miles from the city centre and offers over 60 inbound UK and European routes.
