In spite of being a college drop-out, Hélio can often be found at universities across Europe and Brazil speaking to university students as a guest lecturer and training professors in accelerated teaching skills to improve their students' performances. Hélio also built and sold a business responsible for preparing thousands of future Brazilian Government employees in city, state and federal levels.
