I am a science teacher and wannabe rock star based in the East Midlands. I have been teaching for 15 years and one of the biggest improvements in my practice came about when I began to video short demonstrations, using the camera app on my phone, for use in class. I also upload these videos onto YouTube so students can access them for revision or for flipped learning homework. I firmly believe that this super simple technique can benefit students and teachers from across the curriculum and age ranges.
