I had been teaching physics in high schools for nearly 30 years using HEC (Hypothesis–Experiment Class). This method led most of my students to greatly enjoy my classes and develop a profound love for physics. Currently, I am lecturing at a university, aiming to pass on this exceptional educational theory to the next generation of teachers.
